Los Angeles - Oprah Winfrey failed to secure her first Oscar nomination in 28 years on Thursday morning, missing out on a nod for Best Supporting Actress. Winfrey, who co-starred as Forest Whitaker's wife in "Lee Daniels' The Butler," was snubbed by the Academy Awards in favor of Jennifer Lawrence, Lupita Nyong'o, Julia Roberts, June Squibb and Sally Hawkins. Oprah Visits the Happiest Country in the World


In 2009, scientific researchers declared that the people in Denmark were the happiest on earth. They had free healthcare, their women received one year of maternity leave, and the babies were so safe that they could be left outside alone!



Oprah traveled to Copenhagen, the country's capital, to see it for herself.
